Seeking outstanding individual to build a career in the Insurance Industry as a Nationwide Insurance Associate Agent in Charleston, SC. 

• Candidate must be outgoing and driven to succeed in a competitive environment with products that rank among the best in the industry.
• Unique opportunity to launch a career with limitless income potential. P&C license preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior sales experience extremely valuable.
• Initial base salary transitioning to full commission status. Sales and service assistant provided.
   

Job Purpose:
Build business within identified markets, targeting commercial and auto customers.

Duties:

• Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, identify business opportunities using contacts and databases and establish affiliations through community affairs, affiliations and other contacts.
• Develop all information and recommendations for prospective accounts, present proposals and adhere to agency policies and procedures for writing a new product.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing Nationwide Insurance standards.
